Job Responsibilities and Description
Creates a fun-filled entertaining and exciting environment where customer service is paramount
Circulates through the area assigned, actively observing players adn functioning of machines
Responsible for making jackpot payoffs, e-ticket paper fills and minor machine repairs
Complies with State Lottery Regulations and Compant Internal Controls
Promotes honesty and trust among the team
Prior money handling and customer service experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management
Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees.
