Trimper Rides of Ocean City is looking for skilled Ride Operators to safely and responsibly operate mechanical rides. Our ideal candidate will aim to provide a fun & exciting experience within all guest interactions and ensure our Guests have a memorable and safe experience by operating assigned rides.
Hours: Day/Evenings/Weekends required

Job Duties:
Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable ride experience
Make sure seat belts are tight, loose items are secure, and lap bars are locked to keep guests safe
Once certified, use ride control systems to operate assigned rides
Enforce rider restrictions and measure for height requirements
Assist guests in and out of ride vehicles and cycle through the line efficiently and cautiously
Keep ride patios and midways clean and looking great
Skills and Qualifications:
At least 16 years of age or older
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Must pass the required ride certification test
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to react well in stressful and emergency situations
Safety conscious mindset, while also having an outgoing personality with a friendly demeanor
Above-average communication skills
Willingness to actively engage guests
Positive attitude to make guests excited about their ride
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift
