Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
Responsible for data entry of player information in player rating system.
Working knowledge of computer player rating system.
Handles customer problems and reports all incidents to the Players Club Supervisor.
Checks guests ratings through player rating system.
Promotes outstanding customer relations.
Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.,
Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.
