JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Responsible for responding to service requests to the MIS help extension by utilizing knowledge and problem solving skills or to recommend proper MIS personnel for response.
Maintains supported systems as required. Includes running backups, editing system data, running reports, troubleshooting.
Responsible to assist with necessary changes to telephone system hardware and cabling.
Sets up new accounts with the telephone system.
Performs LAN maintenance as directed by the corporate Systems group as necessary.
Promotes outstanding customer relations.
One (1) to two (2) years computer operations with hardware and software knowledge as a user and technician.
Strong computer skills, proficient in LAN and Microsoft Office products.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees.
