JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
Serves as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication.
Acts as a role model and coaches while developing employees using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.
Conducts interviews with employee candidates.
Recommends, documents and issues discipline.
Responsible for supervision, evaluation and training of staff.
Directs maintenance program of designated group to ensure clean and attractive public environment.
Minimum of one to three years experience in a professional office management cleaning environment and/or cleaning of large public facility.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees.
