Trimper Rides of Ocean City is looking for skilled Games Operators to interact with guests, encourage guests to play games, provide courteous, efficient, and friendly customer service, and award prizes. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, enthusiastic and aims to provide a fun & exciting experience within all guest interactions and ensure our guests have a memorable experience.
Hours: Day/Evenings/Weekends required

Job Duties:
Attract Guests to play a midway game along the boardwalk or inside the park
Explain rules and demonstrate the game to show how it’s done
Follow procedures to keep game play fair for everyone
Take payment for games
Entertain Guests and encourage them while they are playing
Hand out basketballs, stuffed animals, and other prizes to excited winners
Keep the game location stocked with winning merchandise
Reset game play tools like, bottles, balloons, and targets after each game play
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Be friendly, with an outgoing personality inviting guests to your game booth
Be able to work in an environment that is fast-paced
Have a strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Have a positive attitude, and want to help our Guests play and win
Be someone who is outgoing and not afraid to interact with others
Always approach the role with a positive attitude and wants to have fun
Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
Able to lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift
