We're looking for a Front of House Manager with a passion for creating positive customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is extremely organized and detail-oriented and can think on their feet while solving problems. On any given day, the Front of House Manager will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones and assisting staff during all phases of the dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that staff is in place and able to perform their duties on time
Supervising daily shift operations
Train staff to follow restaurant procedures
Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels including handling complaints
Keep track of employees hours
Ensure all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
Ensure that the dining experience is running smoothly
Interact with staff to be sure they are doing their jobs well
Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
Appraising staff performace
Maintaining safety and food quality standards
Organizing staff schedules
Maintain a postivie work environment
