We are seeking a highly organized and professional Customer Service Representative to join our Team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and driving sales for the company. You will be responsible for using your knowledge of company services to connect with consumers and generate sales for the company. Some of the duties include developing sales pitches to sell services, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers and maintaining documentation of their sales like invoices or client contracts in a CRM database.
The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase services. There is a wide range of duties in this position, including:
· Be knowledgeable about the services offered by the company
· Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
· Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
· Emphasize the features of services to highlight how they solve customer problems
· Answering questions about the services offered
· Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
· Maintain contact lists in a CRM database and follow up with customers to continue relationships
· Support Outside Sales Representatives with entering client information into databases
