JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

Serves as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication.
Acts as a role model and coaches while developing employees using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.
Sets and monitors the pace of the team while performing table game and slot drops.
Conducts interviews with employee candidates and makes hiring decisions.
Responsible for counting, recording of currency, overall operation, maintenance of the count room and currency counting equipment.
Responsible for compliance with State Lottery Regulations, Internal Controls and Company Policies and Procedures.
Three (3) years experience in Count Room or high volume money handling environment. Previous supervisory experience required.
Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time without difficulty.
